Hey, I have recently installed Bepinex on linux to play BB+ mods, and I can set the mod up fine, and even run it by double clicking run_bepinex.sh.

This is a compilation of BepInEx for the steam deck. *Extract the files into the games directory where the .exe is located. *Place the mods you want to use in plugins folder. I'm not the creator of this mod. I only compiled the files to make it easier for deck users. Not an expert on this, but my guess would be that you have to edit the start script start_game_bepinex.sh. Find the place where Valheims .exe is started and add the launch option there.
