title; power flickered last night, modem refuses to reconnect. modem cycles between flashing orange and flashing green light on top. talked to several techs via live chat (lol what a joke) to no avail. earliest a tech can visit is tomorrow evening, but i work from home and am trying to resolve the issue sooner, or at least find some workaround.
