Hi, The Paramount Plus app is no longer available to select from the menu after the most recent Flex box update. It is not listed among the other apps on the home screen, nor is it available when selecting "view all" apps. Paramount Plus can only be accessed to via voice commands. This is not always a viable option in our household.In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line) Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window; Press Enter to send it.
