I figured i would share my latest build, had some parts laying around. special thanks to the Falfilers and all the help getting it together. shoots great.The only purpose of the rod is to keep the recoil spring straight so you can compress it back into the stock assembly and screw the retaining screw back in place. You dont need the rod to remove the spring but should you venture to replace the spring without this tool, you will see the 52 faces of God and no amount of Lion Lager will ease your ...Unfortunately no luck in finding it this far. IMHO, just trim A5 bbl to 21" and put a mag extension on it. Those long delicate hand guards do nothing, except crack pretty good. Yes,,ive owned a couple, and repaired 4"+ cracks on both. We had a gathering yesterday and the BIL did the cooking. Placed aluminum foil on the a cookie sheet, part of the foil was in contact with the bottom of the oven. Yup the foil baked to the bottom of the oven. Any thoughts from the knowledge base on the best way to remove the foil?
