The weapon is awesome and really good. It's a boss weapon so the upgrade material is pretty rare. But later on with more strength and upgrades it hits reeeeally hard. Don't forget: the weapon has 140 counterdamage, that's higher than any other ultra greatswords counterdamage. Make use of this.
