I bought the 43X new and had that exact issue. I sent it to Glock, and they said they couldn't duplicate the issue. After I got it back, I thought I was limp wristing, so I kept going to the range. I was mainly using one magazine, sometimes the other mag too. After about 650-700 rounds, the problem disappeared.Glock 43x failures to feed. I’ve experienced 3 failures to extract. Not stovepipes - the case is oriented as it is in the chamber but it stuck halfway out the ejection port. I’m using shield Gen 2 mags with the right mag release.

My problem is with an unloaded magazine in the gun if I pull the slide all the way to open locked position I can't close slide. It won't release by pushing the slide stop lever or pulling back a little more on the slide and releasing.The Glock 26 weighs 19.72 oz. empty and 26.07 loaded. The Glock 43X weighs 18.70 oz. empty and 23.07 loaded. In addition it has the slim frame slide. I've put about 150 rounds through it so far and I'm still having this issue. The other problem I'm having is that out of those 150 rounds, about 12 or 13 of them didn't eject right.
