It would appear you get ONE Red key and ONE useless Black one. This seems to be a Canadian and/or 2016 thing. The latest Canadian Challenger Brochure states "Owners are handed both a red and black key fob at delivery", along with a photo showing 2 fobs. It seems quite clear you get only 2 key fobs, at least in Canada and for a 2016.
