In 2013 we (Minh and Carmen Nguyen & sons) opened a food truck on a whim, what an adventure, called FUSION semi-authentic Vietnamese food. We had a blast! A couple years later we gave it a sibling.....you guessed it , INFUSION Coffee & Such. For a few years we ran them both and met a lot of great people.
