PLS check cashers is s check cashing place unlike any other. They take quite a bit in order to cash the check but they're the only place I've seen or heard of that will do it almost always. My check was $26k and they took like $1k but did it in minutes and were extremely helpful and the process was so easy. One form of primary ID is required.
