We love Rise 'n Roll bakery. We found it years ago at Farmers Market in Chicago. We love the donut holes, cheese, apple butter and granola. The moon pies are delightful as well. Coffee is tasty as well. Worth a stop if you are in the area.
About Us. It started out in 1947 as Bradley Bakery. Then in 1948, under new ownership, the name changed to Cashmere Bakery. Vince Bosket bought the bakery in January of 1987 and changed the name to Sure to Rise Bakery. In January of 2020, the bakery will welcome its 5th owners – Joel and Debbie Lutton.
